Keith Vincent is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Partner with MNP LLP. Over his 17 years of public practice, including the past 3 in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, he has focused on the tax issues affecting Canadian owner-managed businesses, from the decision on structuring the start-up to the sale to the next generation, and all points in between. Keith graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1994 and has been a Chartered Accountant for 14 years.

Michael Sileika is the lead Partner for Valuation services in British Columbia; he is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Michael has over 10 years of experience in providing valuation services for purposes ranging from owner managed business, litigation support, economic loss quantification, damage quantification, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinion, arbitration and financial reporting. He has direct experience in a wide array of industries including professional service, small business, mining, sport-franchises, entrepreneurial, first nations, manufacturing and power generation and transmission.

Alex Whitehouse, MBA

Alex is an SR&ED technical specialist focusing on claims in a variety of disciplines, such as: agriculture, manufacturing, chemistry, metallurgy, marine science, and oil and gas. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University. He has several years of R&D experience in the Fire Safety and Healthcare IT industries, and is an expert in documentation, having developed guides and management plans for both private and government organizations.
